We have a choice of four ECO build systems. Thermocellit build blocks using the latest clay thermal honeycombed blocks, ICF, Ytong blocks, and Timber framed. All our systems can offer the latest eco friendly techniques. Solar power, geo thermal power, grey water systems even waterless toilets..All our builds have the same high quality finish as standard (see our basic specifications).

Latest ICF project

This project is based on the Villa design below and is being built on 10,000m2 of land in Penaguilla.

This is a Roman style villa with interior courtyard. Ideal for large plot. Adaptable style which can be built with modern or Rustic features.


Mid November 2007: Foundations dug and steels laid	Gotta Fria storm and we gained and unexpected swimming pool

After pumping out all the water (nearly a week!) and finishing off the steels we pour the concrete for the foundations.	Foundations poured and set. End November 2007

With bad storms and heavy rain at the beginning of this project we lost nearly a month to the elements.
The following pictures are at the same stage of the build Mid December 2007. The structure below took 3 builders only 7 days to this stage

Eco friendly Thermocellit blocks are quick and easy to build with using only 40% of cement as a traditional build

You can see here we have used the Thermocellit blocks for the interior walls also giving extra interior noise and thermal insulation.

Although the weather has been fine there has been no work due to Holidays .

January 10th 2008 - January 31st:

Weather and holidays over and we can try and catch up for lost time.
